Commissions tos
-
Payment is upfront, and work on the commission will not start until payment is received.
Payment is through PayPal only. An invoice will be issued in USD upon agreement of the job.
If the payment is disputed or retracted at any point during the process, the commission will be cancelled and any deliverables promised will be voided.
If the buyer wants to cancel a commission and communicates as such, a full refund will can issued at any time before significant progress is made (proofs provided past the sketch phase). After that point, a partial refund may be issued at the discretion of how much process has been made.
If by any means the commission cannot be completed on my end, no matter how far in the process it is, a full refund will be issued.
Unless otherwise specified, quoted prices are for individual use and the illustrations cannot be used in a way that will result in direct profit or commercial gain. (I.E Merchandise, Patreon, Youtube/TikTok videos)

If commissioned art is used as icons/banners or headers/profile assets on social media, credit is appreciated, but not necessary— as long as it isn’t being claimed as your own art.
Commissioned art (unless otherwise specified) cannot be used for commercial use or profit.
Art of original characters can be used on platforms such as ToyHouse, but cannot be used to promote the sale of said character.

I require visual reference, which can be included in an email with the initial request or after being sent an invoice. More is better, but if the character is easily google-able, a simple description may suffice.
Furthermore, I will not work from an AI reference.
I will not draw the following: furries, gore, nsfw/kinks, or any kind of ideas or concepts hate speech.
I am cautious about accepting to draw the following: robotics/mechs, animals, shipping of non-original characters, “self-ships”, portraits of the commissioner/commissioner’s life.
I also have the right to turn down any commission for any reason at my discretion.
MINOR changes or mistakes on my end will be fixed for free within the span of working of the commission. Once it is mutually agreed upon as “finished,” I cannot go back to make changes in the future.
PLEASE do not bombard me asking for updates. I try to do things in a timely fashion, but I am not a full-time artist. I cannot promise your commission will be done in less than a a few weeks unless pre-discussed, and in those cases pricing may be adjusted to reflect “rush turn-around time”.
You can reshare or repost the commission on Twitter/Tumblr/Instagram/etc. with credit.
I may use your commission on social media to promote future commissions, unless specified otherwise.
